Christmas 2013 at Elverhøj Museum of History and Art in Solvang, California

It’s Christmas time at ELVERHØJ MUSEUM in Solvang, California! A Christmas Party for members and friends will be held on SUNDAY DECEMBER 8, 2013, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. There will be delicious Danish delicacies, live holiday music and dancing around the Christmas tree. Admission: $5 for members, $10 for non-members. No charge for children 8 and under.

NEW TRAVELING EXHIBIT ABOUT THE DANISH PIONEER NEWSPAPER: Did you know that the Museum of Danish America in Elk Horn, Iowa has created a NEW five-panel traveling exhibit about The Danish Pioneer Newspaper (which is available to loan from the museum) and that The Danish Pioneer is a part of a new digitization project that is preserving the major Danish-American newspapers of our time.
