#7 The Danish Pioneer’s Countdown to Christmas 2014: What’s Your Favorite Christmas Carol or Holiday Song?
On Saturday, December 6, 2014, Danish Sisterhood Dagmar Lodge #4 presented its Annual Christmas Visit to The Danish Home of Chicago, including a Santa Lucia Program and the singing of Danish & English Christmas carols.
Danish Sisterhood members sang Danish songs such as Højt fra træets grønne top (High from the tree’s green top), Det kimer nu til julefest (The Happy Christmas Comes Once More), Glade Jul, Dejlige Jul (Silent Night) and the English Jingle Bells.
