Efterårsferie på Christiansborg Slot –
Kongelig tidsrejse med Frederik 7. i efterårsferien:
10.-18. oktober 2015 kan man møde den hatteglade konge, Frederik 7. på Christiansborg Slot. Det sker i den dramatiserede fortælling ”Den Folkekære Konge”.
Året er 1849, og Frederik 7. er i vildrede. Vi møder ham i De Kongelige Repræsentationslokaler, hvor han farer fortravlet rundt. Han skal vælge én af sine mange hatte, som skal pryde hans hoved ved dagens portrætfotografering– tidens spændende nye teknologi. Skal det være den blanke militærhjelm, den helt nye tyrkiske fez, eller måske sovsekanden?
Det er en vigtig dag, for Frederik 7. skal skrive Danmarkshistorie. Han har åbnet et brev fra sin netop afdøde far, Christian 8. med en lang liste over forandringer i Danmark. En krig i Slesvig og Holsten truer Riget – det skal forhindres! Han skal finde sig en fin prinsesse, der kan blive Danmarks næste dronning. Og så skal han forfatte og underskrive en Grundlov – hvor kongen skal dele magten med folket for altid. Men har Frederik overhovedet lyst til at følge sin fars formaninger?

Flere eventyr på Christianborg Slot i efterårsferien: I hele efterårsferien kan børn gå på opdagelse i de hemmelighedsfulde ruiner under slottet. De kan blive klogere på alkymisternes opdagelser, finde spor efter Frederik 3.s alkymist Burrhi på en mystiske skattejagt i Ruinerne.
