For over 50 years, the Chicago International Film Festival has been committed to discovering some of the most exciting films the world has to offer.

In 2014, the Chicago International Film Festival presented over 200 films from 60 different countries. For its 51st year, they want to discover something new, and that all starts with you!

The Chicago International Film Festival is now accepting entries in the following competitions and categories:
 International Feature Film Competition
, New Directors Competition (feature films)
, Documentary Competition
, Short Film Competition
, After Dark, 
World Cinema
, U.S. Indies
, and Spotlight: Architecture+Space+Design.
