Chicago Midwest Rebild Chapter plans Saturday, August 9th Luncheon and Meeting
Rebild National Park Society, the organization which presents the big 4th of July Rebild Festival in Denmark each year, has chapters throughout the United States and Denmark. New Rebild members are always welcome! Read on to learn more this unique Danish-American Friendship Organization established in 1912 and an upcoming chapter event in the Chicago area.
On Saturday, August 9, 2014, the Chicago Midwest Rebild Chapter will hold its next Luncheon and Chapter Meeting at The Danish Home, 5656 N. Newcastle Avenue, Chicago, IL 60631 (11:30 a.m. social hour and NOON lunch). Please note that the price of this delicious luncheon FEATURING DANISH OPEN-FACED SANDWICHES is $20.00 per person.
At the local chapter meeting, the members will be discussing the Rebild Annual Meeting in Solvang in April 2014, the recent Rebild 4th of July Festival in Denmark and the upcoming Rebild Convention in Omaha, Nebraska on April 22 – 26, 2015.
The Chapter President is Paul E. Roge, Chapter Vice President Lars Rasmussen, Chapter Secretary Linda Steffensen and Chapter Treasurer Nora Bogehegn.
