Elverhøj Museum of History and Art in Solvang, California plans Members & Friends Christmas Party on Sun. December 7th
Elverhøj Museum of History and Art, 1624 Elverhoy Way in Solvang, California invites members and friends to celebrate the holiday season at the annual Members and Friends Christmas Party on Sunday, December 7, 2014, from 5:30 to 8:00 pm.
The museum glows during the holidays, with a 12-foot tree decorated with handmade Danish Christmas ornaments as the focal point. Live music and the Danish Christmas tradition of ‘dancing around the tree are Christmas party highlights.
The event includes an abundance of Danish specialty foods such as open-face sandwiches, homemade Christmas cookies, chocolates, and Christmas cheer. Santa and Mrs. Claus will stop by with treats for the kids.
Admission to the Christmas party is $5 for members, $10 for non-members. There is no charge for children eight and under.
