Inquiry from a Danish-American student searching for an internship in Denmark
EDITOR’S NOTE: If any readers can help with Melissa Hansen’s question, please e-mail The Danish Pioneer’s Editor Linda Steffensen at dpioneer@aol.com. Melissa has given us permission to post her inquiry on our website and Facebook.
My FarMor has subscribed to The Danish Pioneer for many years now, and it has been a wonderful reminder of our heritage. The reason I am writing is to ask for your help. Through The Danish Pioneer, there have been many connections made between Denmark and the United States. My hope is that I might find an internship through those connections. I’m a student studying Animal Science in the U.S. and I would like to find an internship in Denmark. I wondered if you knew of any animal breeding or production facilities that offer internships in Denmark. Can you give me any information regarding places that might offer internships in animal husbandry, reindeer husbandry, veterinary science, etc.? I know this is a random request, but I would be so grateful for any information you can give me. Thank you so much for your time.
Med venlig hilsen, Melissa Hansen
