Maersk Line in Copenhagen announces new CFO
On March 13, 2015, Maersk Line in Copenhagen, Denmark announced that on April 7, 2015, Pierre Danet, current Vice President and regional CFO of Hewlett Packard, Printing and Personal Systems in EMEA, will join Maersk Line as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be part of the management board of Maersk Line. Pierre Danet is French, 44 years old, holds a MBA from ESSEC in France, and is married with three children.
The current Chief Strategy, Finance and Transformation Officer, Jakob Stausholm, will continue in the role of Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, adding further focus and leadership to the ongoing transformation and business development of Maersk Line.
Maersk Line is part of the Maersk Group, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Group employs 89,207 people in around 130 countries. The 2014 revenue was USD 48 billion.
As of April 7, 2015, Maersk Line’s management board will consist of:
