Midwest Danish American Chamber of Commerce plans for busy 2014 with more INSIGHT Events and New Year’s Kick-Off Luncheon
The newly-revitalized Midwest Danish American Chamber of Commerce is preparing for a promising 2014. Some of the highlights for 2013 were an Annual New Year’s Kick-off Luncheon at The Danish Home of Chicago, the First Annual MWDACC TopGolf Tournament in May and successful INSIGHT Business events, including the October 25 visit and tour to Peter Orum’s Midwest Groundcovers in St. Charles, IL.
Soren Nielsen has been appointed as the MWDACC Office Manager to run the daily operations and develop new events. Soren Nielsen joined the board two years ago after moving to Oak Park from Denmark. Soren Nielsen is retired professionally, after a successful career with positions such as Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director for multi-international companies.
To start 2014, the MWDACC will follow its newly-established tradition and start the year off with a New Year’s Luncheon at The Danish Home of Chicago. This is followed in February by an INSIGHT Business Event, and more. To join, visit www.mwdacc.com.
