Milwaukee Book Event on December 3, 2014: Meet one of the authors of Eat Smart in Denmark

Carol L. Schroeder, proprietor of Orange Tree Imports in Madison, Wisconsin and co-author of EAT SMART IN DENMARK, will be speaking at Boswell Books in Milwaukee on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. — and offering taste samples of the North American Kringle Competition winner from Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe. Boswell Books is at 2559 N. Downer Ave., Milwaukee, WI.

EAT SMART IN DENMARK is a Guide to Danish Cuisine for Danish-Americans & Travelers to Denmark. It includes culinary history, holidays and recipes by celebrity chefs.
