Please bring your own place setting so that you can sample what is prepared in this hand-on session. Fee includes food cost and is non-refundable. All attendees receive recipes.

Classes taught by Julie Seidlitz. Fascinated by food and how it connects people to each other, Julie came to Nordic cuisine when she enrolled at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. As an employee of the dining service, she helped to prepare the festive smorgasbord served prior to Concordia’s annual holiday concert. Raised in a German-Italian household where Italian food was the norm, Julie was thrilled to find that Norwegian Krumkake taste just like her mom’s Italian Pizzelle cookies!
