Scandinavian Music Festival in New York takes place three Sundays in June 2014
Mark your calendars for the 2014 Scandinavian Music Festival at Billings Lawn in Fort Tryon Park in New York on three Sundays in June. The festival is FREE and held at 2 p.m. on June 8, 15 and 22.
On June 8, hear the Scandia String Orchestra with conductor Dorrit Matson.
On June 15, hear the Scandia Brass Quintet.
On June 22, hear the Scandia String Quartet.
The festival is performed by musicians of the New York Scandia Symphony and special guests with Dorrit Matson as the Music Director.
Billings Lawn at Fort Tryon Park is located below Heather Gardens (use the 193rd Street Entrance).
