Smoke-free DSB train platforms start July 1, 2014 in Denmark
ENGLISH SUMMARY: Starting Tuesday, July 1, 2014, the DSB train platforms will also be smoke-free in Denmark, as DSB wants to make a healthier environment for both its customers and employees. A customer survey in 2012 showed that most customers wanted a smoking ban at DSB. Since 2007, it hasn’t been allowed to smoke in the stations or in the trains. If you do smoke, now cigarettes must be snuffed out before you get to the platform.
Røgfri DSB stationer, perroner og tog
DSB indfører røgfri perroner fra tirsdag den 1. juli 2014, fordi DSB ønsker at sikre sunde rammer for både deres kunder og ansatte.
De fleste rejsende siger nej tak til røg
En kundeundersøgelse fra 2012 viser, at langt de fleste kunder ønsker et rygeforbud hos DSB. DSB har valgt at indføre et totalt forbud, og rygeforbuddet indgår nu som en del af DSB’s ordensreglement.
Siden 2007 har det ikke været tilladt at ryge på stationerne og inde i togene. Med rygeforbuddet sikrer DSB, at kunder ikke bliver udsat for passiv rygning, når De står og venter på toget. Er du ryger, skal cigaretten fremover skoddes inden ankomst til perronen.
